Abstract

Burnout yang dialami oleh para guru pesantren (asatidz) telah menjadi isu krusial yang berdampak negatif terhadap efektivitas pendidikan dan kelangsungan dakwah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi dakwah yang digunakan oleh kyai Pondok Pesantren Roudlotul Furqon Al-Umariyah Kudus dalam mengatasi burnout di kalangan asatidz. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa strategi dakwah kyai meliputi bimbingan rohani, nasihat berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi, dan musyawarah rutin (forum konsultatif), yang menumbuhkan solidaritas emosional dan spiritual. Strategi-strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan ketahanan psikologis di kalangan asatidz, meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi individu.
