We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work that need to submit papers to Qawwam

For authors publishing in this journals, Qawwam offers waivers and priority to corresponding authors based in developing countries. In addition, for Authors who are unable to obtain funding from their institution or research funding bodies and still need help in covering publication costs, Qawwam offers the possibility of applying for a waiver. If you have an official letter from your university or institution showing that funds for your OA publication are unavailable, please attach that as well. The Waiver Request will normally be addressed within one week from the application date. All chapters that receive waivers or partial waivers will be designated as such online.
